**Osborne Ceramic Centre **was established since 1975 and we are leading WA supplier of wall and floor tiles specialising in all your tiling needs.

We are looking for a **Full Time
- Interior Designer** with at least 38 hours per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Developing creative design concepts that align with the client's vision and the overall aesthetic of Osborne Ceramic Centre.
- Selecting appropriate ceramic tiles, finishes, colours, and textures to achieve the desired design aesthetic while ensuring durability and suitability for the intended space.
- Overseeing the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring that design solutions comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Staying updated on current interior design trends, ceramic tile trends, and emerging innovations within the industry to inform design decisions and offerings at Osborne Ceramic Centre.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and present design solutions that meet their expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in design documentation and specifications, as well as in the selection and placement of ceramic products.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
