Duties include:

- Ensuring guests needs and expectations are met by taking food and drink orders and preparing drinks to a high standard
- Dedication to the delivery of friendly, professional service;
- Ensuring all guests’ requests and questions are dealt with promptly and to the guests’ satisfaction;
- Monitoring the quality of food and beverages being delivered;
- Adhering to opening and closing procedures to ensure the venues are set up accordingly and pack down is well executed for next day opening
