Based in StKilda, you will deliver to our four retail stores, group restaurants, retail partners and assist in our wholesale distribution operation. This role would be suitable for experienced delivery drivers with a passion for food and hospitality staff looking for a change or better work-life balance. Refrigerated delivery vehicles are provided, and a manual license is required for the role. We have a focus on traditional butchery paired with modern techniques, seasonality, and showcasing specialty breeds. Our in-house kitchen produces restaurant-quality meals, sauces & condiments, as well as a smokehouse producing a range of small goods, pates & terrines.
