Franklyn Blinds, Awnings and Security is a Brisbane owned and based window furnishings manufacturer. Since opening in 1987, we have continued to innovate and improve our products so we can offer our clients, Brisbane’s biggest range of Blinds, Shutters, Awnings and Security Screens. We take pride in the fact that we are a market leader in our industry.
We are looking for an experienced office all-rounder to join our team at our new propose built factory at Rochedale. The position will be on a fulltime basis, Monday to Friday.
The Administration Assistant is responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Handling cash and EFTPOS payments accurately and efficiently.
- Booking appointments for free in-home measure and quotes.
- Booking appointments for measures and installation.
- Accounts Payable support.
- Answering overflow calls.
- Data entry, filing and stationary organisation.
- General administrative support as required.
- Reception relief.
- Bank and post run.
Requirements of Administration Assistant:
- At least 3 years Administration experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Presentation is exceptionally important.
- Must have a happy, friendly and bubbly demeanour.
- MS Office Word and Excel proficiency is a must.
- Must have current driver licence.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
- Previous Accounts Payable support is desirable.
