We’re stoked to be helping one of our newest clients who are kicking off their journey here in beautiful Brisbane to establish a sales team and engine room, replicating the success they’ve already had down in Sydney and Melbourne

Our client is an elite business club representing the modern face of Australian enterprise, creating a community that makes every member feel a great sense of belonging, and with the sole purpose of supporting Australian entrepreneurship. This business has worked hard to form a community of accomplished entrepreneurs with big ambitions,who are still yet to reach their ultimate business desires. And, they pride themselves on being generous with their time, knowledge and networks, and are firmly committed to supporting the commercial goals of all their members.

This a pivotal role for them. They're at the very start of their Brisbane journey, so they need someone who’s polished, has motivation in spades, and is eager to be a founding staff member with the chops to really kick things off and make it a rip-roaring success

**And who do we think this might suit?**

**Here’s what we’re looking for in you**:

- 3+ Years previous sales experience;
- You’ll be motivated by earning good money with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals;
- You’ll have experience in a KPI-driven environment, with a proactive lead generation and closing mindset;
- A natural ability to build rapport with people and a desire to help people succeed in their goals;
- You’re a problem solver with a growth mindset who can commando roll over obstacles with ease and finesse;
- You’ve got polished communication skills. You’re able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others;
- You are customer-led, and you get enjoyment from seeing the fruits of your hard work come to fruition;
- You’re adaptable, and can handle the unknown and ambiguity; And
- You’ll be able to follow proven sales methodologies, even if they look and feel a little different to perhaps what has worked for you before.

**Here’s what you’ll be getting up to in this role**:

- New membership sales - managing and growing the member base;
- Generate leads, using creative & varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming flow of enquiry, including actively promoting the organisation to local businesses & the community;
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, and being able to eloquently explain the features and benefits that meet identified business needs and ambitions of prospects;
- Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions;
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries;
- Tracking leads, appointments & sales daily on the CRM; And
- Working with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPI's.
