**TotalFusion Morningside** are currently searching for natural born relationship builder to join their tribe and help inspire their growing community to move differently every day.

TotalFusion studios can be found across five locations across Brisbane, each offering more than 130 group-based classes per week including; yoga, functional fitness, cycle, fusion, reformer pilates and run club styles.
With attention to detail and a desire to elevate the fitness experience a driving intention, each boutique space has been thoughtfully designed with lighting, heat controlled panels, diffusers and sound, to help members get the most out of their body during each class. A complete multi-sensory experience, TotalFusion serves as the ultimate health and wellness destination where members come to workout and stay to relax in their inviting lobby-inspired communal areas.

**About The Role**:
As a resident
**Membership Consultant,** you will be someone who loves to help guide people with their health and wellness goals. You will play a pivotal role in growing the TotalFusion brand by providing a premium service and introducing new members to the state of the art facilities. A confident communicator and someone who builds rapport quickly, you will be required to actively seek and generate new leads within the community, often thinking outside of the box to share and convert fitness enthusiasts into new members.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Passionately sell premium health and wellness packages to new members
Confidently generate and manage new leads
Consistently hit KPI targets
Work within your team to achieve studio KPI’s

**Skills & Experience**:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think quickly and problem solve
Keen understanding of sales and passion for results
