Woolworths Group (Australia and New Zealand’s largest retailer) launched Woolworths Market Plus (WMP) in October 2023. WMP is a curated customer destination that brings together our trusted marketplace ecosystem, comprising three core banners: Big W Market, MyDeal and Everyday Market.

WMP provides one door for our sellers to both sell and manage products across our marketplaces. We continue to grow, and operate primarily across three hub locations: Melbourne, Sydney & Manila.

WMP is a new platform for businesses to both sell and manage products across the Woolworths Group Marketplaces. A curated customer destination, bringing together a trusted ecosystem comprising three core banners: MyDeal, Everyday Market and Big W Market. We have grown in the last year and now operate primarily across three hub locations: Manila, Melbourne & Sydney

**What you’ll do
The Affiliates and Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling our affiliate marketing program while overseeing all social media channels to drive traffic and engagement
- Develop, manage, and scale the affiliate marketing program
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates on Impact to grow the program and meet channel targets
- Monitor affiliate budgets, performance and forecasts for the channel
- Collaborate and maintain relationships with key affiliate partners and align internally with Performance Manager and Campaign Manager
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linkedin
- Launch engagement campaigns across all social platforms
- Brand reputation management in coordination with Customer Service team, responding back to comments and direct messages
- Develop content strategy ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and BAU promotions
- Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to produce high-quality creatives, animation and engaged contentAnalyse social media performance, manage paid budgets and forecast and work with Meta & TikTok to identify new opportunities

**What you’ll bring
- 3-4 + years of experience in social and affiliates
- Experience working in B2C environments
- Ecommerce or retail experience will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools
- Proven experience growing social media accounts and driving engagement
- Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media a plus
- Familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
- Understanding of broader media planning and buying - to ensure integration and coordination with wider media objectives occur
- Creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Technical background will be a bonus (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL, etc.) with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
