**Role and Responsibilities** The Key Account Manager is a member of the ASIST Delivery Team and is responsible for ensuring the safe operational delivery and integration of recurring Training, Maintenance, Engineering and Platform support services for their assigned sites and platforms to meet contract requirements. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager Air Services, their responsibilities include external customer engagement, management of stakeholder expectations, and ensuring service delivery for training, maintenance, engineering and projects for their assigned platforms and sites. This includes ensuring the development and implementation of the Annual Work Plan associated with each platform.
