**Studio Design Manager - LSD Design House**

LSD Design House, a dynamic and innovative architecture and design studio, is seeking an experienced **Studio Design Manager** to join our thriving team. Based in the beautiful Northern Rivers region, we specialise in transformative residential and commercial projects across Northern NSW and South East Queensland.We are a collaborative team of internationally accredited architects and designers looking for a confident and proactive Studio Design Manager. This role requires strong architectural expertise to lead the design process, oversee daily operations, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
**Key ResponsibilitiesStudio Management**:
- Manage statutory obligations, including health and safety compliance.
- Assist architects with administrative tasks and document control.
- Oversee studio maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a professional environment.
- Guide the design process, ensuring deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved.
**Design Leadership**:
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute innovative design concepts.
- Oversee project design phases, including 3D modeling and sustainable design integration.
- Review and refine designs to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
**Finance**:
- Liaise with accountants for financial planning and reporting.
- Manage client invoicing, payroll, and financial tracking using online accountancy platforms.
- Assist with fee proposals, payment schedules, forecasts, and accounts management.
**Human Resources**:
- Oversee HR processes, including performance tracking.
- Support recruitment efforts and onboard new team members.
- Maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer.
- Demonstrated knowledge of architecture and design processes, project management, and the areas of service within a design studio environment.
- Ability to manage and enforce deadlines, prioritise workloads, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar software).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience with 3D modelling, sustainable design, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.

Pay: $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
