Global specialty pharmaceutical company is looking for his next Marketing & Events coordinator in Sydney.

**Your new company**
You will be joining a global specialty pharmaceutical company focused in developing pioneering medicines to treat mental illnesses, with offices in Macquarie Park in Sydney.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing support across all marketing initiatives and projects, including:

- Assist in all Conference/Events organization (both Local External Events with Healthcare Professionals/Physicians & Overseas Conferences/Events);
- Arranging and coordinating services for participants (such as conference facilities, catering, displays, audio-visual equipment, accommodation, transport and social events);
- Organizing registration of participants, speakers and sponsored guests;
- Support Sales team in promoting participation in all events/meetings/Conferences;
- Marketing Materials (marketing materials orders, printing and distribution, PFS, CL spreadsheets);
- Using Veeva to manage third party Sponsorships & Event Mgt.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in Marketing & Events Coordination roles within the Life Sciences or Healthcare industries in Australia.
- Previous experience working with agencies.
- Be familiar with cloud data systems as Veeva and Zinc.
- It is desirable to have completed the Medicines Australia Code.
- Ability to work independently.
