**About the opportunity**:
Bupa is focused on ensuring everyone has access to health insurance products that can help them to live a longer, healthier and happier life and that they understand the value of having Bupa as their healthcare provider

The key focus of the Community Value Specialist is to optimise Bupa’s customer and growth performance through opportunities outside of the retail store.

These opportunities will be realised through:

- Mobile kiosk, expos & corporate activities
- Migration Agents and by prospecting and establishing new business opportunities
- Building relationships with existing clients, maximising growth by informative presentations and onsite customer conversations and referral networking
- This can also extend to home visits and proactive networking.
- Represent Bupa in Corporate Event Briefs, Local Area Business, Seminars, Activation, Community events, implementation of regional catchment plans, and multicultural activity
- Proactively manage relationships with key decision makers, including Corporate Account Managers and Migration Agent and Partnership Managers and gain understanding of their business and strategy.
- Connect to local business communities by identifying and implementing local area opportunities, and take the lead on working with stakeholders to raise Bupa’s profile
- Work collaboratively with retail teams to optimise customer experiences
- Provide insights and recommendations to the regional leadership team regarding opportunities to enhance customer and client experience and value
- Manage all administrative and reporting requirements associated with new accounts, complete agreements and new membership paperwork.
- Legal and regulatory compliance, adherence to internal operating procedures together with the management of business risks is the responsibility of every Bupa employee.

**This is a full time permanent position working 38 hours per week, some weekend work will be required.**

**Servicing the Perth WA area, this role will be primarily based working from home or remotely. **Driver's licence is **essential.**

About you:

- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and design value solutions
- Demonstrated success in implementation of innovative customer experience, growth and retention opportunities and initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in implementation of consistent communication strategies and processes to facilitate growth across a customer network.
- Strong understanding of local corporate and migration markets
- Excellent commercial and financial management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of clients, with success in building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven strengths in local business account management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise own work effectively
