**What does a Practice Manager role with us look like?**
Our practice is at an exciting developmental stage so we are looking for a dynamic and motivated practice manager who wants to make a real impact We currently are a 2-veterinarian general practice hospital with great nurse to vet ratios to ensure our work flows well and our capacity to provide excellent patient care is maintained but we still have plenty of room to grow our team

This exciting role will be actively supported by an experienced team who want to continue to work in a positive environment with very high clinical standards.

Your objective is to create an environment in which our team members enjoy their work, excel in their roles and delight our clients. You will be responsible for leading and developing a growing team, identifying and implementing policy and procedures, coaching and mentoring, ensuring capability, growth opportunities and day to day operations management.
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience or 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership capabilities and understand how to motivate to get desired outcomes
- Demonstrated coaching and team building skills
- Strong work ethic with a professional and friendly manner
- Demonstrated ability in human resources, including resolving complaints, mediation and issues handling
- Previous experience managing budgets and workforce planning
- Exceptional communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a desire to support continuous improvement (we are passionate about Gold Standard Care)
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday mornings
- Love for all animals - big and small
