Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for computers? Do you enjoy solving hardware and software issues and providing excellent customer service? If so, QuikFix Computers is looking for you to join our team as a Computer Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Provide telephone support to customers with technical inquiries.
- Build custom computers tailored to client specifications.
- Disassemble and reassemble laptops for repairs and upgrades.
- Assist customers in-store with questions, purchases, and services.
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour at all times. Our team members need to work on multiple computers during the day, so you must be good at multi-tasking.
- You may be called to travel to customers' businesses and homes, and a vehicle is provided for this. You must be able to work independently and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in building and repairing computers
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Clean driving record.
