**About the role**:
As the Product Owner Chapter Lead at Officeworks, you will be responsible for building the Product Owner Chapter capability, developing team members in the Chapter, improving the way we work at Officeworks and contributing to the accomplishment of the Chapter’s mission. In this role, you'll be a promoter and ambassador of the culture and agile ways of working. You will bring business domain knowledge or deep expertise on a specific topic and develop this expertise and capability in your chapter members.

**About you**:
**As a successful applicant you will possess the following**:
**Formal Education**
- Bachelors Degree or above in a Business and/or IT and/or project related discipline.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

**Work Experience**
- 6+ years of experience working as a Product Owner, ideally with 4-6 years of leadership experience
- Highly proficient and experienced Product Owner
- Experienced in managing a team
- Experienced in developing Product Owner capability and maturity
- Experienced working with Agile ways of working

**Skills/Knowledge/Attributes**
- A creative, innovative and lateral thinker with the ability to understand the big picture.
- Strong ability to think commercially and put yourself in the customers shoes
- Ability to navigate OW to assist in strategic direction.
- Understands the role of a Product Owner and knows how to define associated capability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, is a team player with the ability to communicate and build effective relationships with a broad and diverse stakeholder group
- Demonstrated time management and organisational ability. High performing team contributor
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Can present comfortably to senior stakeholders in a concise, engaging and knowledgeable way
