Asian Chef/cook

We are a new Thai takeaway shop in the heart of Auburn NSW and we are looking for an experienced Asian/Thai Chef to join our team.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and motivated chef to make delicious Thai food.

You must have experience in using a WOK. It is not necessary for you to have a Thai background.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling a wide range of raw meats such as chicken, fish, meat, lamb etc. ingredients
- Cooking entrees, curries, fried rice, Thai noodles, soup & salad
- Food preparation
- Stock monitoring
- Managing food stock
- Working with attention to detail to fulfil all orders within quality standards
- Comply with food and safety
- Check that food is served at the highest level
- Highly organised and being able to manage a high volume of customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auburn NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
