Talent Focus Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our esteemed childcare centre in the heart of vibrant Brisbane. As a Childcare Assistant Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning experiences of the next generation.

**Your Role**:
As the Assistant Centre Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained. Your responsibilities will include implementing the curriculum, leading a team of passionate educators, building strong relationships with families, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**What We Look For**:
We are searching for an individual who is not only experienced in childcare but also passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young children. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of early childhood education principles. A commitment to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment is essential:

- You Must hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Hold a current ACECQA approved Asthma, Anaphylaxis, First aid and CPR certificate (or be willing to obtain)
- Substantial experience in an LDC environment, including knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Previous experience working as Assistant Centre Director is required
