**About the opportunity**:
- Based in our South Melbourne office,_**_ _**_a opportunity has arisen to join our Commercial & Operations team as a Business Development / Commercial Manager. This unique and diverse role will see you managing commercial partnerships for our Retail Centres & Office Towers across VIC, including all contract renewals, as well as bringing in new business eg. (identifying, negotiating and securing advertising rights for new retail centres). You will also:_
- _ Develop strong, trusted relationships with new and commercial partners and their teams_
- _ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market_
- _ Administer processing of contracts and renewals, including internal and external sign-off, internal processing, filing and distribution to internal stakeholders_
- _ Track and manage leasing and site data across various systems_
- _ Provision of key reports to internal stakeholders_
**_ The Experience:_**
- You’ll have a background in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, be commercially minded and be able to decipher business contracts and documentation with ease. To set you up for success in this role you will also:_
- _ Be a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business as well as managing and expanding key accounts_
- _ Be a dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude_
- _ Be able to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach_
