**ARB Technician 4-week Induction**

We are on the lookout for four skilled and highly driven 4x4 Technicians to take place in our 4-week onboarding program in Moorebank. **These individuals must hold current cert 3 accreditation or above with in the motor vehicle industry and be capable of attending our state office in Moorebank for the induction.**

On completion of the program, you will be assigned to your local ARB store**, Moorebank, St Peters or Seven Hills** where you will continue your employment on a fulltime basis.

The Induction program is designed to give you an overview of who we are, what we do, how we do it and what we can offer as an employer. This program is specifically been put in place to give the successful applicants all the tools needed to have a long and prosperous career with ARB Corporation.

**Applicants will possess the following Skills and Attributes**:

- **MUST HOLD current Cert 3 accreditation or above in the Motor Vehicle Industry**:

- A strong safety mindset
- Current driver’s license.
- Drive and determination to learn on the job.
- Attention to detail

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Following all workshop WHS and SOP procedures.
- Assisting with workshop duties, such as cleaning, tidying, and sweeping of workshop.
- Fitting ARB accessories and parts as per work instruction from the Branch Retail Sales team.
- Caring for, and looking after all workshop tools and equipment
