**Position Information**:
Lethbridge Park Public School is located in Western Sydney and has an enrolment of 497 students (167 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students) comprising of an onsite preschool, 18 mainstream classes and 5 support classes.

Lethbridge Park Public School has passionate and enthusiastic staff with a range of early career and experienced teachers who focus on creating student centred learning opportunities enabling all students to positively contribute to the culture of the school.

The school has embedded, data informed systems and collaborative processes including the use of spirals of inquiry, data walls and data days that inform explicit, responsive evidenced based teaching and learning programs. A continuous learning culture has been established through the creation and implementation of targeted, high impact professional learning, supportive coaching and mentoring practices and effective QTSS processes.

The school is focused on working in collaboration with the whole school community to create an educationally connected school community through a culture of high expectations for all. Lethbridge Park Public School is a Connected Communities School.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Approval to teach infants and primary, with the ability to create a positive classroom learning environment that enhances student wellbeing, engagement and learning outcomes.

2. Demonstrated ability to use quality assessment practices to personalise learning and cater for the diverse needs of all students.

3. Capacity and/or willingness to contribute to a positive school culture that values professional collaboration to strengthen relationships and partnerships between the students, parents and the wider community.

4. Demonstrated capacity and/or willingness to enhance whole school extracurricular programs i.e. dance, music or sport.
