**KNOW THE ROLE**

Ideally, Blue Illusion are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and fashion. You will join a small and engaging team passionate about their customer and product. The role is
**20+ hour per week**, working across weekdays and weekends.

Working in the Blue Illusion boutiques can be varied from day to day. Throughout the week you will be required to process deliveries, online fulfilment, serve customers in the fitting room and shop floor and there will be periods of time when you will be working alone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver excellent customer service to maximise financial performance and targets
- Accurate processing of transactions via POS system
- Live and breathe the Blue Illusion Values**:Customers, Community, Relationships and Learning**:

- Uphold brand standards through personal presentation and store visual merchandising
- Support the Management team in stock control

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and late nights
