**About The Project**:
John Holland is GoldlinQ's nominated design and construction contractor for GCLR3, to extend the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads, including eight new light rail stations, two new light rail-bus connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment.

**Your Role**:
The John Holland Gold Coast Light Rail is currently sourcing a Plant & Equipment Supervisor based on site at Broadbeach. As a Plant & Equipment Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring Plant and Equipment brought onto the project meets all compliance requirements and are fit for purpose.

Provide clear leadership and direction for the plant and equipment administration team for their day to day tasking.

The Plant and Equipment Supervisor manages the onboarding, on hire and off hire for all plant and equipment (excluding Shoring equipment) and monitoring of the distribution of plant and equipment through maintenance of a master plant register.

Ensures that required registers and reports are maintained and distributed as directed.

**Your key responsibilities include;**:
Ensuring the administrative requirements are completed for:

- Plant onboarding and compliance (3DS)
- On Hire Off Hire
- Maintenance and repair scheduling
- Plant utilization and claims invoice management (Work diary and PPW)
- Coordination of plant and equipment support with construction and engineering teams.
- Review and processing of claims invoices for plant and equipment hire.
- Generation of plant and equipment reports as required and or directed.
- Conduct compliance inspections.
- Complete investigations for incidents involving plant and equipment as required

**About You**:

- Preferred, hold a mechanical trade qualification, or demonstrated competence to conduct non-technical inspections of plant and equipment.
- First Line Management and administration
- Use of asset management systems and or sound intermediate skills in the use of MS Office package
- 5-10 years previous supervisory experience preferably in a plant supervisor role.
- 2-5 years using plant management systems
