**About the role**

The Content Designer will support OUA teams to design and build meaningful experiences that empower our customers to find the right study choices. Partnering with Product Managers, UX Designers, Marketers and Engineers, this role will design, analyse, create and maintain content solutions to support student and university customer needs and business goals.

**Here’s what a normal day might look like for you**
- Craft impactful, search-optimized content adhering to brand style, tone, and voice.
- Enhance user experiences through UX copy and longer-form content creation, ensuring consistency in product naming and labels.
- Employ user-centered design and continuous discovery to test and validate content assumptions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data insights to optimize content and support growth initiatives, including A/B testing and SEO best practices.
- Co-design end-to-end experiences across various channels, maintaining documentation such as frameworks, user journeys, and content audits. Communicate content impacts and recommendations at team and organizational levels, fostering awareness of content design value.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the content strategy

**Here are some ways you will bring your best to this role**
- Demonstrated experience in related roles such as content design, or UX writing.
- Able to showcase prior experiences showing how you have made an impact on users, products, or experiences through effective content design. May include writing samples, steps on how you solved a problem or iterations based on research or insights.
- Familiarity working with content or design tools such as analytics and behaviour tracking (Google analytics, Full Story), research (Optimal workshop, Qualtrics), design (Figma, Miro) and optimisation (Optimizely).
- Experience working with CMS and related content platforms (Sitecore).
- Proficiency in connecting brand drivers, design principles, brand voice and tone, and product or experience narratives.
- An understanding of product or experience design processes, best practices, experimentation and iterating designs based on research, stakeholder feedback, and metrics.
- Experience in leading and running content or design workshops desirable.
