**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Procurement Analyst to join our Sourcing & Procurement team.
The role involves providing analytical support on various procurement projects for our integrated facilities management (IFM) client accounts. Your work will help us achieve optimal commercial outcomes with suppliers and support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
This role will be based in our corporate office in Melbourne or Sydney CBD.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Perform procurement analytical and administrative duties, including managing tenders.
Collaborate with Sourcing Managers/Specialists to ensure adherence to procurement procedures and tailor tender processes for each project.
Communicate regularly with S&P teams nationally and in other JLL regions.
Facilitate contract negotiations to optimize cost, service level, and risk.
Maintain and update Power BI dashboards with the latest data.
Act as an SME on data analytical tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL Server.
Develop strategic dashboards using Power BI for S&P project delivery.
Work on special studies to identify process improvements and waste reduction.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Sourcing/Category Management.
Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, IT or equivalent
At least 2+ years of experience in procurement, consulting, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation.
Prior experience in IFM and facility management services procurement will be an added advantage
Project management skills to handle multiple clients and stakeholders.
Expertise in MS Excel (Advanced/Macros), Power BI, SQL Server, and data analytics tools.

Ability to influence and develop relationships at all organizational levels.
Commercial awareness and strong negotiating skills.
Creativity in problem-solving and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs.
