**Role Description**:
The Client Services Officer position resides within the Parliamentary Network Support Group (PNSG)
within the Joint Services Division of the Parliament of South Australia.

The role undertakes first, second and limited third level software, hardware, and network support to all
clients on the Parliamentary network including Members and their staff, Parliamentary staff and
Electorate Office staff.

As a core role within the Client Services team, the Client Services Officer will ensure the provision of
high-quality service delivery in areas such as operational monitoring, customer support, incident and
problem management, asset management, and training and development.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Proven ability to provide excellent quality ICT related customer service in an enterprise networked environment, at times with demanding and unique clients.

2. Possess a high dgree of ICT operation support skills, together with an ability to manage workloads in an efficient and effective manner to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.

3. Experience in providing best practice support services in an ICT environment.

4. Experience in the Service Desk and Desktop Support fields.

Applicants must also address the top 3 Experience requirements under Essential Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in providing best practice customer support services in an IT environment

2. Experience with a Service Desk call logging system to record and manage incidents, requests
and problems.

3. Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite of products
