**Who are you?**

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the Grounds coffee family. We are famous for our coffee and are constantly wanting to surprise and delight our customers with our exceptional coffee experience. As a Barista you will need to be passionate about making speciality coffee. You will be joining a team of skilled baristas, whom of which will guide you with their coffee knowledge from roasting beans, to latte art. Key skills that are essential;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Display excellent customer service skills.
- Have a passion for specialty coffee and thirst for knowledge.
- Have the willingness to learn and adapt to new brewing techniques.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow with us
- 2+ years experience in a high-volume cafe or coffee shop

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
