At Toby's Estate we’re on the hunt for a **Coffee Machine Technician** to join our Service Technician team You'll be the magic behind every perfect pour, making sure the machines are always ready to go Don’t have technical experience? No stress, If you’re a quick learner with coffee knowledge and a can-do attitude, we’ll train you up

**What you'll be doing**:

- Booking in service jobs and chatting with contractors
- Basic maintenance on premium coffee machines (La Marzocco, Slayer, Mahlkonig, Mythos). Supporting equipment installs and removals
- Working closely with our sales, service, and customer experience teams
- Learning from our awesome Technical Service Manager and experienced tech team
- Providing top-notch service to our customers

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Is reliable, friendly, and a great communicator
- Has strong problem-solving skills and a solid work ethic
- Can work independently and juggle a fast-paced day
- Has coffee experience (bonus if you're a barista legend)
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Is happy to be on-call once every 6 weeks.
