**ABOUT THE ROLE**
PERSOLKELLY has partnered with a multinational business who are looking for a transport dispatch officer to join their team in Arndell Park. The purpose of this role is provide efficient administration and dispatching support to the Transport Supervisor and Customer Service team.
**YOUR DUTIES**
- Provide a high degree of customer service and delivery excellence.
- Evaluate relevant information, returned from drivers and paperwork, to respond promptly to customer service enquires and issues
- Communicate daily with drivers, managers, CSO's and customers. Promptly communicate any delays, issues or concerns as needed.
- Identify priorities; utilise available resources effectively to meet these priorities; anticipate change and/or problems and reallocate resources when necessary
- Create & manage delivery routes for the Sydney Metropolitan area
- Comply with safe working practices & fatigue management
