Job Summary
The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of inbuilt not bolt on service solutions This includes engaging throughout the development life cycle for new and improved ICT products and services and reaching out across corporate areas to ensure relevant corporate processes have similar high quality and assured controls.
The position delivers strategic and practical leadership across:

- Assurance over Cenitex products and services to Customers
- Service Integration and Service Level Management
- Service Configuration and Asset Management
- Records Management

Job Requirements
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive programmatic approach to assuring the quality and effectiveness of the control environment across Cenitex products, services and relevant corporate functions
- Provide leadership to the enterprise's service configuration and integration solutions
- Provide expert advice on ICT service assurance and integration frameworks, standards and policy to the Executive Leadership Team, customer stakeholders and business stakeholders as well as guide the discussion to mitigate risk, strengthen defences and reduce vulnerabilities within Cenitex and its customers systems and services
- Demonstrated record of achievement in leading and delivering Service Assurance in a large and complex service Organisation.
- Strong knowledge of common service assurance audit methodologies such as ASAE3402, ASAE3150, SOC1, SOC2, SOC3.
- Extensive experience in managing change is highly advantageous
