**About the role**:
**An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Fixed Term VPS-6 Integration Lead with extensive experience in UKG Workforce Management Pro (WFM Pro) to lead the overall technical integration delivery for the Enterprise Rostering and Timesheets (Rostering) project.**:
The Rostering Project will deliver a large scale, single enterprise wide rostering and timesheet solution for Victoria Police.
The objective of the project is to consolidate Victoria Police's various rostering and timesheet tool sets and processes into a unified solution that will deliver efficiencies and benefits forll Victoria Police employees.
The Rostering project scope includes:
- Timesheets
- Integration with existing systems,
- Complements existing rostering arrangements,
- Plans, forecasts, and manages shifts and leave,
- Is available on approved Victoria Police fixed and mobile devices,
- Complies with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and generates alerts for breaches and
- Generates timesheets based on the roster.
**The Rostering Project is in the Investment, Governance and Assurance Department (IGAD) of Victoria Police.**:
IGAD is part of the Corporate and Regulatory Services Portfolio and strengthens partnership between Victoria Police investment functions and governance, reporting and assurance functions.

**Your duties will include**:
- Lead the successful end -to-end delivery of all integrations required to implement the UKG Workforce Management Pro
- Work with system integrators, other technical teams, and departments of Victoria Police to ensure the integration landscape design is fit for purpose for the Victoria Police environment.
- Guide and oversee the technical build of all integrations, ensuring successful information exchange between systems.
- Manage the integration workstream, resolve issues, and maintain project governance and documentation.
- Ensure all integrations meet Victoria Police security requirements.
**About You**:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with UKG WFM Pro software and integration design within a large and complex organisational deployment.
- A proven track record, and passion for successfully managing Integration stream outcomes and driving technical excellence during a project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience and a record of achievement in the provision of timely and accurate advice to senior management on strategic issues.
- Experience with: API Gateways, Boomi, SFTP, Cloud and SaaS architecture and technologies and Information Security / Cybersecurity controls
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills combined with an adaptable approach that displays an understanding of the bigger picture and key issues in complex situations.
**Qualifications**
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Information Technology, Computer Science or Project Management is highly desirable.
**Further Information**:
- One (1) x full-time, fixed term for one (1) year from date of commencement position available.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
