Nick Scali Furniture was established over 60 years ago and is now one of Australia's largest importers of quality furniture. Nick Scali sources its products from around the world. It imports directly from some of the largest and most respected manufacturers globally. In excess of 5,000 containers annually are brought to Australia by Nick Scali.

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team within our Head Office in North Ryde. This is a casual position working 8:30 to 5:50 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office.

**About the role**:

- Data entry of purchase orders
- Checking and maintaining the accuracy of supplier reports
- Attend to enquiries from showrooms and warehouses
- Assist with purchasing team administration
- Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and Vietnam)

**About You**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is essential
- A motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
- Competent using Microsoft Office software
