We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and are looking for a proactive Marketing Graduate to join our team. This role is focused on providing administrative support, managing our social media accounts, and enhancing our customer service experience.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by handling client inquiries and assisting with their needs.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
- Assist in maintaining our client database and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Help organize company events and meetings.
- Support the team with additional tasks as required.

**About You**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment.
- A positive attitude, eager to learn, and a team player.
