We are looking for a Retail Coordinator who can coordinate daily retail operations and ensuring smooth execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and tracking product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform retail strategies
- Support training and onboarding processes for new retail staff

Required:

- 1-3 years of experience in retail coordination or a similar role.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English is compulsory for this position.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail management software (e.g., Lightspeed).
- Hold a valid driver's license and the ability to drive.

Preferred:

- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to analyze data using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) and generate actionable insights.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheltenham VIC 3192: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
