Prime Concrete Developments was established November 30th, 2017, with over 40 years of experience within the manufacturing industry, we are an industry leader with premium quality concrete sleepers. The team here at Prime Concrete Developments ensure we provide a high level of customer satisfaction, our team go above and beyond to assist our customers, clients and suppliers with premium concrete sleepers and retaining wall products. Our customer ranges from Tradies to civil development white collar workers.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our busy Sales team at the largest concrete sleeper manufacturing company in SEQ. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging scope of work.
About this position:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clientele.
- Develop a strong understanding of the product and pitch it to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by developing a strong sales pipeline.
- Meeting daily KPI’s of 200 + calls a day to prospective and existing clientele.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team.
- Generate new clientele and maintain current clientele.
- Promoting the company and products we manufacture.
- Assisting the Sales team to drive sales for the company.
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations and building customer relations.
- Achieve the allocated monthly sales requirements.
- Calling leads from people who have purchased from us in the past, asking more information about their business and the volume of concrete sleeper walls they build.
- Taking payments over the phone/issues simple invoices.
- Working autonomously and manage leads/booking.
- Juggling multiple tasks and effectively prioritise workload.
- Building strong relationships and working towards understanding the customers needs.
- Entering sales into systems.
- Multi-tasking across, excel, outlook and sales system.
- Achieve set targets and quality standards.
About you:
- Experience in fast paced sales environments (Call centre, direct sales)
- Previous experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales highly advantageous
- Highly motivated Sales assistant that is target driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet KPIs without issue.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Creative and outside-of-the-box sales thinking.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Bubbly and friendly approachable personality
- Have proven ability to objection sell.
- Strong record of attendance and punctuality

**Salary**: $20.74 - $35.68 per hour
