**You will be responsible for**:

- Accounts Receivable
- record/reconcile payments, follow up on overdue/debtor payments, maintain accurate records
- Ad hoc accounts receivable tasks
- data entry of matching purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Support accounts payable -processing of invoices
- Other administration duties as required

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Experience using an accounting package (we use MYOB Advanced)
- Accurate accounts receivable and customer record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Good Excel skills
- Good data entry skills
- Ability to work within a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
