**You'll be responsible for**:

- Supporting the delivery of the Customer Relations strategy through effective management and monitoring of Allianz’s enterprise frameworks for complaints handling.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for complaints.
- Collaborating with cross
- functional teams to assess existing governance structures and policies, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Conducting regular reviews and audit of governance practices and policies to ensure with alignment with regulatory changes and best practices.
- Providing guidance and support of internal stakeholders on governance
- related matters including policy interpretation and implementation.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or a related field within the financial service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to governance and policy management. With Comprehensive knowledge of RG271, the Insurance contract Act and the General Insurance Code of Practise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
