We are looking for ECT or Diploma trained educators to fill the roles of Responsible Person/s & Room Leaders. We are currently seeking a room leader for our Infants and Preschool room. We are building new community (team) where will unite together to reach a common goal. The centre is currently undergoing new management and we are building a new team of unique individuals that have a common interest in working together to provide a fun and exciting education and care experience. We are seeking experienced and innovative leaders to support our team. The service provides for children four (4) weeks to five years, Out of school hours care and vacation care. Seeking: **Room Leader/s and ECT or** **Diploma qualified educators** This is an opportunity to work for a small service that values each educator for individual strengths and unique talents. We are looking to develop a team for the new business providing the opportunity for team members to contribute to the exciting development of the new company. An opportunity to start on the same page with your colleagues and have your ideas valued and incorporated. You will be supported by experienced Early Childhood Professionals and we provide ongoing professional development opportunities. Future career progression is available for 2IC and Educational Leader. Positions to be filled from September 2025 to January 2026. Qualifications: - Completed a **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care** OR equivalent recognised by ACECQA - Working towards completing a Diploma in **Early Childhood Education & Care**: - Completed a **Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education** or equivalent recognised university qualification by ACECQA - Working towards any of the above mentioned qualifications **Requirements**: - Leadership skills and experience - Understanding of programming aligning with the EYLF - Strong written and verbal communication - Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma Anaphylaxis Training - Valid WWCC - Child Protection Training (willingness to update) **Benefits**: Rostered days off Childcare Discounts Professional Development - Provide a cover letter - Outline your experience and skills - Provide a resume outlining work history - The names and contact details of referees/ where applicable early childhood references. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee mentoring program - Professional development assistance Application Question(s): - What Qualification/s do you hold? **Experience**: - Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Working with Children Check (preferred) - police check (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
