Job description

Rangeview Transport is a rapidly growing, family-owned freight company that specialises in the shipping of plants and horticultural products throughout the Eastern states.

This position will have you based at our Yatala depot. There, you will work with the Rangeview management and supervise the operations of the depot. Some of your duties will include.
- Supporting the drivers in your team
- Deliver assigned deliveries
- Pick up assigned orders
- Load and unload trolleys or pallets at the assigned customer
- Maintain clean and tidy trucks.
- Maintain a clean and tidy depot.
- Under the direction of the Melbourne Depot Manager
- Coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance activities
- Assist with induction and training of new staff
- Consolidate and load truck/trailer(s)
- Coordinate daily pick-ups and deliveries with customers.

You will be driving one of our modern trucks for local deliveries several times a week.

Ideally, you would have the following attributes:
A current QLD HR driver’s licence at a minimum HC/MC is highly desirable.

Forklift licence is desirable.
Good interpersonal skills and clear communication.

Physically fit, motivated and comfortable with hard work.
Reliable, punctual and prompt.
A good mindset for stock-flow and warehouse organisation.
Digitally savvy, as we use the CartonCloud consignment management system.
