Join our Equipment & Facility Team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in North Sydney. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

- Conducting maintenance and calibration of GMP equipment within our Australian Biotechnologies facility.
- Managing maintenance activities within the GMP areas of our facility.
- Coordinating with external contractors for maintenance and calibration of GMP equipment and facilities.
- Collaborating with the Production department to schedule upcoming maintenance.
- Ensuring the completion and proper documentation of maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring equipment and cleanroom parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure.
- Addressing alarms triggered by out-of-spec parameters during business hours.
- Developing and conducting validations for new equipment and re-validations after repairs.
- Providing support to the Quality department, including tasks like receiving donor tissue, critical stock clearance, environmental monitoring, microbiology, and packaging checks.

**YOUR PROFILE**

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- A tertiary qualification at a minimum bachelor's level in a science or engineering discipline.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal guidance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Forward-thinking, proactive, and a team player.
- A willingness to engage in hands-on work when necessary.
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
