**The Opportunity**

Here is an opportunity to join an independent diversified private equity business, at Director level, to further expand the real estate strategy.

Currently >$500m FUM, and armed with a team of analysts and associates, you will lead end-to-end investment decision-making for transactions, asset management and development.

Growing a portfolio of institutional-grade investments in emerging private market real estate sectors, backed by domestic wholesale capital.

You do not answer to regional or global investment committees, decision-making is onshore, quick, and decisive.

Supported by an astute executive leadership framework and an experienced board, you will be involved in real estate investing at both the strategic and asset-level.

Bachelors Degree

At least 12 years real estate experience

Innovative thinker, with good values and recognition for having an excellent communication style

Your technical deal skills are important, as are the ability to review complex financial models, and execute negotiations for contracts with legal.
