**Company Description** Work Your Way to Pullman Sydney Hyde Park **Our 241 room, Premium 5 Star Luxury Hotel is located next to the beautiful Hyde Park and on the doorstep of some of Sydney's most vibrant restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment venues. - Supervise and support the Front Office team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure smooth daily operations at the Front Desk including processes such as; check ins, check outs, & guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Lead by example, with high energy, a ‘can-do’ attitude and true passion for guest experience.
- Champion upselling, making sure Department targets are met.
- Handle and manage transactions, billing, and guest accounts.
- Build relationships and rapport with other Departments to assist in the smooth running of the Hotel operation.
- Seek out opportunities to create special moments and experiences for our guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a Front Office leadership role within a Hotel or Resort
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Opera
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Full working rights in Australia
