Trading Hours:
Coffee: 7am-4pM/Food: 10am-4pm, Weekdays only (No public holidays)

We’re a Japanese restaurant café near Southern Cross Station on Collins Street. The location is in a business area with many offices nearby. We serve coffee & breakfast pastry from 7am to 4pm, Japanese food from 10am to 3pm, and the homemade sweets all day long

The lunch peak time starts from 12pm, our main focus will be selling lunch to the people from the offices, which must be quick & correct with good services.

**Position: FOH all rounder**

**Duties**
- Morning Prep: packing sushi, salad & bento
- Lunch peak time:
1) Cashier: taking orders & selling food (sushi, sushi, salad, hot bento & hot food)

2) Floor staff: running food & cleaning tables
- Afternoon closing: cleaning around & refilling all stock

**Ability**
- Having good customer service (greeting, interacting etc.)
- Being familiar with POS system & EFPOS machines
- Being capable of cash handling
- Being aware of food hygiene & keeping workplace clean

**Languages: English is a must**

*Bonus if you can speak Korean or Japanese.

**Extra bonus if you have experiences working in cafes.
(taking orders or making coffee)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $23.46 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
