Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1997. We use local produce and sustainable practices to craft authentic organic sourdough, pastries, and sweetbread. Our passion for baking and commitment to our customers is represented throughout our stores in Darlinghurst, Manly, Lindfield and Randwick and Broadway.

**About the role**

**Located in Homebush West**

We are looking to fill 2 roles
- **Bakery Packer-**

This role involves getting bakery products packed and ready for distribution, it is a hands-on role that requires a good level of fitness, you will need to be a fast learner with a can-do attitude. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need attention to detail and good communication skills.

Start times are usually 6 pm with finish times anywhere between 12 am
- 1 am.

previous experience in a similar role/wholesale bakery will be highly regarded.

**Kitchen Hand-**

This is a very hands-on role, requiring a good level of fitness, it will involve washing up, general tidying and cleaning, you will need to be a self-starter and be fast and efficient. Previous experience in a wholesale Bakery/production/commercial kitchen will be highly regarded.

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
