As a Qantas Club Lounge Agent, you will deliver outstanding customer service focused on creating a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience. Our Lounges offer comfort and luxury, and your role will be crucial in maintaining an atmosphere of relaxation and sophistication. You will warmly welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure the highest standards of service. You’ll ensure a premium experience and role model our Qantas Lounge service standards.

You’ll have

- Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional standards of personal presentation
- Collaborative and supportive approach to working with your colleagues

- Ability to handle challenges in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills within a high volume, fast paced and demanding environment
- Punctuality and reliability
- Availability to work a 7-day rotational roster, including early mornings, late evenings, public holidays and weekends.
