You will provide a high level of support in project systems, working with project staff and key stakeholders.

**Duties**:

- Project Delivery, coordinate, and execution of activities, monitor the progress of tasks and take corrective action when required.
- Undertake effective project co-ordination and assist in delivering key project outputs within strict timelines.
- Provide strategic policy advice, undertake project management activities to support the development of policy and its implementation.
- Conduct critical analysis on data and evidence collected
- Communicate, negotiate, and build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Develop presentations and correspondence, draft briefings in line with policy objectives for a range of key audiences, executives, and agencies.
- Experience in delivery of project management, processes, and documentation within required timeframes.
- Proficiency in the use of Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Outlook, and web publishing
- A relevant qualification and experience in Statutory and Strategic Planning, and/or Environmental Assessment, Law or other related disciplines is desirable.
- Tertiary qualification(s) in public policy, law, natural resource or environmental management or similar is desirable.
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication, verbal and written
