**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are currently supporting Australia’s top university in finding an experienced Change Manager to support the organisations 10-year strategic roadmap for the transformation of the University’s digital capability.
The change manager will be responsible for supporting organisational change and join them on initial 6-month with scope for extension. The University adhere to current Hybrid Work from Home demands and require 2 days per week at the University. They also operate on a 35-hour week basis, which offers great work life balance.
**About the Role**
As a Change Manager, you will work closely with the change team, senior management, and stakeholders to provide advice on complex change matters and drive cultural change, process change, and changes to ways of working.
**About you**
- Proven experience in the end-to-end change management preferably within education or government.
- Demonstrated ability in engaging stakeholders of all types and levels across large organisations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence a diverse range of individuals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, and a strong ability to coach and mentor staff.
- Experience in transition teams into an agile operating model.
