**About the Role**:
The Technical Advisor, Disability Advice and Research is responsible for planning and leading inclusive environments, disability access provisions and the establishment of special options across the state. This role includes managing operational information and reporting, providing expert advice to senior management, strengthening advisory and inspection components, promoting high customer service standards, evaluating and improving project delivery standards, overseeing project briefs and financial management, developing collaborative relationships, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

**Qualifications**:
**Desirable**: Relevant appropriate tertiary qualification or extensive knowledge and experience in facilities and asset management /maintenance fields.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO8 $121,107 - 125,679 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
