**About Them**

As a fast-growing healthcare provider with more than 5000 employees, our client is nimble in supporting over 80 laboratories nationally and more than 1500 collection centers. Work amongst a high performing HR team, who are focused on partnering with the wider business and embedding success through operational delivery.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the CEO NSW, as the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for a team of HR professionals (HRA and HRC), and will manage a portfolio within the business, coaching and advising management situated in this group.

You will also be providing advice and supporting across the employee life cycle, with a focus on ER matters. You will be:

- Providing support and advice to a team of HR professionals and managers dealing with ER matters (e.g. grievances, workplace investigations, terminations, etc.) to ensure adherence to HR processes and actions are lawful;
- Supporting acquisitions;
- Coaching managers and team leaders in HR policies, procedures and legislation to create a self-serve culture;
- Advising stakeholders on HR legislation including Modern Award;
- Delivering HR policy and procedure training;
- Assisting hiring managers with recruitment activities;
- Contributing to strategic national projects including employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development programs, and health and wellbeing programs;
- Using data metrics to support business case development, as the business is strongly focused on data driven results and decision making.

This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis and will be based in Bella Vista. As the role will support sites across the state, travel to metro and some regional sites will be required from time to time.

**About You**

The role would suit an energetic, self-starter who has a natural partnering style. You will enjoy being busy and have a strong ER/IR background, able to manage multiple ER matters for your client group. Ideally you will be familiar with the Health Award.

You will be a critical thinker who naturally thinks through various scenarios and stakeholder requirements before making decisions. As a strong HR Business Partner, you will have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy influencing stakeholders to achieve good business outcomes.

In this data-driven, high performing organisation, you will be interested in data and will be agile and adaptable in your approach.

You will ideally have experience in acquisitions or have the appetite to want to want to expand in this area.
