Our centre in Hurstville is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic educator to join our fun and supportive team in providing high quality care for children aged 0-5 years.

**The role**:
You will learn on the job to gain your Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. You won't need to attend regular TAFE classes but will be given the opportunity to have paid hands on training and practical experience to complete your Certificate 3 or Diploma and also be provided study time.

You will support children in their development and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions and learn how to provide physical care. As a valued member of the team, you will observe and document children’s learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.

**About you (Requirements)**
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self driven and motivated
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to complete your Cert III or Diploma qualification
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Flexibility to work between 7:30am - 6:00 pm
- A valid Working with Children's Check
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the Child Care sector
