About Us
At Malu Health, we're on an exciting journey of growth — and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Our vision is to help transform mental health care across Australia by building a national network of exceptional clinics. With clinician-led care at the heart of what we do, we're creating a place where people can thrive.
We're looking for clinicians who share our passion for raising the standard of mental health care and value being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
You can learn more about us here: Malu Health Group
Why You'll Love Working With Us
At Malu Health, we believe in taking care of our people as much as we care for our clients.
Here are some of the ways we support staff at work:
- Extra time off — 2 additional weeks' leave each year
- Flexible work options — including working from home
- Professional development — CPD leave and support
- Referral bonuses — rewarding you for connecting us with good people
- Wellbeing leave days — take a pause when you need it most
- Volunteer leave — give back to your community with our support
- On-site car parking — making your day a little easier
- Beautiful and modern consult rooms — a calm, welcoming space for you and your clients
- A collaborative team — supportive colleagues who have your back
If you're looking for meaningful work, in an environment that cares for you too, you may have found the right place.
The Opportunity
We currently have an amazing opportunity at our South Sydney practice, Rowe & Associates, for a full-time Child Psychologist.
We're also open to part-time or contractor arrangements — simply let us know your preferences in your cover letter or CV.
Collaborating with esteemed Psychologists, you'll make a meaningful impact every day by:
- Conducting intake interviews and developing thoughtful, tailored treatment plans
- Providing interventions for children and families, grounded in evidence-based care
- Carrying out child assessments and observations in-clinic and in schools
- Supporting around 5 clients per day with care and attention
- Preparing reports, notes, and referrer letters with professionalism and care
- Joining regular team meetings and supervision sessions to stay connected and supported
Is This You?
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist,
- Experience and confidence in supporting children, adolescents, and families,
- A commitment to delivering evidence-based, outcome-focused, and developmentally appropriate care.
If you're passionate about making a difference in people's lives, and looking for a workplace that will support you while you do it — please click on Quick Apply and send us your CV. We would be delighted to meet you.
