**About the role**:
Working within our newly refurbished head office in Rydalmere, you will be working closely with OEM partners, internal and external customers to provide guidance on parts, whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Day to day stock management support of the retail sites
- Accurately interpreting Parts manuals / OEM systems to ensure the correct parts for each Parts Customer are identified.
- Stock take
- Input new stock received or returned stock into the DMS
- Pre order the required parts ahead of the work commencing.
- Operate with a no compromise in the delivery of quality standards and compliance.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment
- A full NSW drivers licence and a sound driving record
